We do not sell our exhibitor or visitor lists, and the official communication materials for the event are included in the commercial offer that has been provided to you. Our teams do not use Gmail, Yahoo, Hotmail, or any email addresses that are not clearly linked to the event or our company.
We strongly encourage you to carefully review these proposals and to conduct due diligence on the companies submitting them before signing any document that would legally bind you to pay for the services offered.
Our company shall under no circumstances be held liable for any payment request addressed to you by such a company, in connection with an insertion order, a subscription agreement, or the purchase of a contact list (exhibitors/visitors) that you may have signed.
